We were assigned to manage the introduction to market of a new technology which had recently emerged from a European security and safety research group. We advised the Board on structuring the product launch, and dealt with IPR issues typical any product emerging from the laboratory. We managed investor relations and oversaw partnership agreements with manufacturing facilities. The product has been successfully launched and is the precursor to a range of subsequent upgrades.
