A European group sought to expand their activities in Asia Pacific. Following market research, we drew up a strategy which was approved by the Board. We established their Asia Pacific Head Office and developed the company’s regional affiliates. Today, the company’s Asian operations are revenue and profit-generating, contributing significantly to group turnover.
