We have experience in projects to oversee the management, design and launch of new security products. For one client, we managed the process from conception to launch of a value document for the collector’s market. We provided advice on the latest technologies available that would suit the product, and oversaw the design and packaging process. IPR issues were also researched, and we provided advice on the product launch. The project involved synergies with designers, technology providers, patent-holders, printers, secure distribution channels and public relations groups. The project was completed on time and on budget.
